Comprehensive Planning

The Comprehensive Planning Committee addresses what form comprehensive planning should take in New York City. Who should manage the process? What are the expectations of a comprehensive plan? How can real community involvement be incorporated in the planning process? The committee examines how to establish a planning methodology that is a continuous process, rather than a single plan that can be out of date as soon as it is completed.
