Public-Private Partnerships

The P3 Committee recommends standards and best practices for improving transparency and strengthening public involvement in the planning and approval of projects conceived as public/private partnerships, as well as strategies for improving accountability to achieve such projects’ stated objectives. The P3 Committee reviews new and ongoing public/private partnerships in the context of those standards and recommends action to increase compliance and improve outcomes.
